You cannot copyright a title, even of a well-known poem.

E.g., if you wanted to name it "www.GoneWithTheWind.com" there is nothing the copyright owner of the book could do.

It may be fair use but you might also get into trouble. Ask yourself: is it essential to use this poem title? Is it relevant to my blog? Do I ad anything to the poem or take anything away by using it? Can you contact the poem author and ask permission? While titles are not generally protected by copyright, there are exceptions and you could get yourself in trouble. It's also possible that the poet has trademark protection. Is the title worth that? If it is, then ask a lawyer!
