I want to make a website where I can post my video projects, blog, etc..
I finished building the template on photoshop and dreamweaver but I have no idea how to publish it in the web! I know i need a domain name, and godaddy seems to be a good way to buy one, but I'm not sure how to update my site. For example, if I want to upload a new video along with a description, do I have to go on dreamweaver and add it, or can I just do it through my hosting site (like godaddy)?

it would be a good source of info cept for the fact u have to pay to view the answers an ask questions. If i could eliminate this an other domains like this from my search results i could significantly increase my efficiency, so how bout it anyone out there, done this or know if it's possible?

I plan on starting a blog, and I would like the domain name to be the same as the title of a poem I like (e.g. "This is a Poem" by A. Poet becomes www.thisisapoem.com). The poem is not in the public domain, and the poet is still alive, as far as I know. But I like the spirit of his poem so much that I want to name my blog after it. I will definitely acknowledge the poem and the poet in the About section of the website. My concern comes from the possibility that I might sell ad space on the site; if I profit from my blog named after this poem, does that mean that I'm infringing on the poet's copyright?
I think I should add, the title is a made-up word, not a common phrase or bunch of common words.

Hey everyone. I've decided to use Godaddy's Website Tonight to put up a website. But the domain I want to put it under is already in use from when I put up a simple website a few weeks ago. Now, website tonight won't let me choose that domain name because it is already in use. What do I need to do to "clear" the other website off so I can re-use my domain?!

I opened a domain name with yahoo business, & here's what they did: they kept charging me year after year without giving me any way to cancel it, and there's never any type of phone number you can call to talk to anyone. ever. they are terrible. yahoo is AWFUL.

Currently $505.00 per month
Here are my following options (depending on how they are paired up, I can do more than 1):
- Pay off 7k worth of debt (but then have an empty savings account)?
- Move out on my own, pay rent of $700 plus utilities and furnish the place?
- Purchase a used car (have no car note) and have a mode of transportation instead of paying $30 weekly for public transportation?
- Or Pay off majority of my bills, get a much more inexpensive used car?
- Purchase website domain, and trademark/copyright the business name I'm working on opening in 2 years?
- Go on a vacation this summer (I wouldn't need all of my money to do this)?
- Open up a ROTH IRA with 2k?
